The location is closed to tram, metro and bus station. The breakfast is good but can offer more choices especially meat. Room is clean and neat.
We encountered a few issues- wrong room was given, late check in, aircond malfunction 3 times but apparently the thermostat/regulator was broken and had to call the reception every time we want to change temperature. One receptionist said I can get my receipt during check out but then another guy said 1 day after check out. But these issues were all handled professionally by them.

Helpful and friendly staff
Breakfast was always the same food with no variety which didn't look fresh. But the staff was very helpful and friendly. Card key failed and didn't work a couple of times but staff were able to solve it immediately.
