Staff was very helpful (I mainly interacted with two people, shout out to miss Peri and the concierge from the afternoon of Aug. 23rd whose name unfortunately I did not catch).
Location is of course great, price was good, everything was working in the room including fully controllable A/C which is a big plus.
Breakfast was lacking in options in my opinion, but I have specific preferences. I'm confident that the staff will accomodate you if you communicate actual dietary restrictions. What was served in the breakfast buffet felt of good quality.

The staff were very helpful and attentive with us and our baby. Abdallah is great and deserves a raise!! The check in was smooth and the room was neat and clean. The location was very nice, close to taksim square for metro and bus and was easily accessible by taxi. Walking around the area can be a bit hectic with hills, traffic, and construction, but this seems to be a common theme in Istanbul.
I think my only complaint is with the breakfast. The food wasn't too bad but you have to get there early enough so options don't run out. They didn't replenish things even when there was still time in the breakfast window.
