Location and staff where great
A couple of things needed repairing but nothing major. A once over from a handyman would have sorted these quickly :)

Location and staff hospitality
I couldn't control the AC from the room and had to call the front desk every time. Also, housekeeping wasn't very professional; they opened our door while we were sleeping twice in ten minutes. Plus, the elevator was broken on our last day, so I had to carry all my luggage from the second floor down to the ground.
