The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel felt safe and comfortable. There is a good variety of breakfast options. I have to say that although the elevators were a little tight inside and don't have an air conditioner, they quickly arrive at your desired floor.
If the weather was hotter, it would have been a little uncomfortable using the elevator since there is no air conditioner. Also, the elevator is small. If guests facing the street are not used to a little noise coming outside their window at night, it could be bothersome, but for us, it did not disrupt our sleep since the windows were closed.

This is a fantastic hotel if you're looking to stay right in the heart of the tourist area. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to all the main attractions, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.

-Great location, always in heart of Taksim/Istiklal street.
-Good breafast with variety of optinos
-Good rooms, decent space around beds, clean washrooms
-Co-operative staff, they solve the problem that you face. The lady there listened our issue and solved as. Omer and other guy helped in moving luggage to and from taxi.
-Cleaning service was excellent on daily basis
Initiall got a room with semi transarent glass attached washroom. probably good for partners, but not with me and my son. so on request they moved us to new room. really appreciate this

It s close to alot of restaurants and stores ( taksim street)
The neighborhood is very noisy and the building in front are under construction so it was noisy! They start early in the morning!
It s not the cleanest also! Very average I would say
