The service was very good, the place was very clean, and the towels were changed every day.

The room lighting wasn't good; I think it would have been better if they had replaced it with LED lighting.

Süleyman and Sedat are very welcoming and friendly. Since we arrived they always assisted us. Will definitely come back here again. Highly recommend

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, especially Sulayman 👍 👌
The mini bar was empty but maybe that wasn't a bad thing 😂

Very gentle staff. Nice room with a private balcony at most times.
I don't think it's a 3.5 or 4 (or whatever) star hotel. Very small elevator and the noise was much more inside the hotel rather than outside. The neighborhood was very dirty as most places in Istanbul. Very poor breakfast. Not value for money Hotel. I don't recommend it.
