Location and price
No windows in room but I was looking for budget accommodation so you get what you pay for in a great location.

Atta the representative at the property was a great support. From the time we arrived, until we left 4 days later, he ensured that we were comfortable and was always available for us. Saleem during the night time was also good and was attentive to our needs.

The check in was very smooth, the staff is cooperative and the location is perfect and as indicated in the name of the hotel it is one minute walk from Taksim Square. The balcony gives 180 degrees view on the mosque and the square.
Nothing really but the balcony door wasn't closing properly.

it would have been a wonderful stay, as the location is very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also the room was great with view.
We discovered bed bugs in the room during the night (around 3 AM) on our last night of stay.
This was extremely uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene perspective.
We informed the hotel and documented the issue with photos.
Unfortunately, this seriously affected our experience and peace of mind, especially when worrying about bringing bed bugs home.
We would not recommend staying here unless this issue is properly addressed.
