Amazing location in central riva, walking to everything! Rooms were very comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked and air conditioning worked well! Two bathrooms were welcome for our group and the shutters to keep the rooms cool and balconies to enjoy the view were a great treat. Host was responsive and we were met by someone to help with luggage and check in and orientation which was nice compared to other fully self service units we rented. Guide book and tips in the binder were helpful! Beautiful space!
A few extra dishwasher pods and trash bags were needed for our 5 night stay. Due to trash rules taking the refuse was a hassle since we bought items to cook and it was difficult to sort and dispose with only the provided bags. Also note that one bathroom only has a (very nice) tub and the other has a small shower and a tub.

Large flat in unbeatable location. Everything you need for cooking is there. Free parking reachable within 10 minutes, not sure, but it maybe full during the high season.
Floors in two bedrooms should be fixed, those creak very load. Otherwise, all great.

The apartment was lovely. The location was perfect, right over the piazza and super close to the ferry and a great gelato place. The downside is that it could get very noisy, day and night. But that is to be expected with the location - just something to keep in mind if you have small children. The place was large, sunny. Washing machine was a plus. Comfy beds and large comfy couch. Nice stove, dishwasher, and kitchen. Large living room.
There were no paper towels or napkins. Only 1 dish cloth. And no wash cloths (face cloths) for the bathroom. There were plenty of extra bed covers and pillow, but no coverings for them, so we didn't want to use them. The trash sorting was a little inconvenient, but glad they recycle and take care of the environment. Just 1 small trash can in a drawer for regular trash (none anywhere else in the house, like the bathroom.)
