Да, завтрак был от приемлемого до хорошего. Понравился персонал и хозяин отеля Марат своей человечностью. Пейзажи гор и ущелий вблизи отеля. Ну и конечно же лучшее в мире озеро!!!

Все чисто уютно
По идеи у нас 4 местный номер должен был быть с видом на озеро а по факту они отдали другим и что бы не кататься промолчал и взял другой номер . Вообще в исык куле с букингом проблема бронируешь а по факту не знаешь что тебя ждёт может вообще номеров не остаться а ты едешь туда или не то дают . Редко когда все по брони

The hosts were friendly, the place is OK, worth its money
The hotel shares the same building with the restaurant and a banquet hall. Was super noisy when we arrived late in the evening and were tired enough, the vibrations from the music were tickling the feet ( so that u understand the noise level ). Luckily it all finished before 10 pm but anyways…that was cringe.

The location is good - the lake is just across the road.
- The room was not ready upon our arrival, they didn't know that booking com offers early check-in.
- The breakfast was late and low quality.
- The staff is never available at the reception desk.
- All issues at the establishment arise from understaffing - two girls working there are responsible for everything: reception, room cleaning, meal serving. As a result, they are not able to fulfill any of those duties properly. It's not their fault - it's just a bad decision on the part of the property owner.
