The breakfast was tasty and filling, the hosts were friendly and spoke good English. It is situated right underneath Seven Bulls Rock, so the views are great! There is an easy walk past all the red rocks just outside the guesthouse.
It is remote and there is no public transport back to Karakol. The owners did give me a ride to Karakol in their own car, but at an inflated price. The gates are not locked at night so I felt a little unsafe in the yurt alone.

Easy location to walk to upon finishing Ak Suu traverse. Clean, friendly hosts and delicious dinner and breakfast. View from the bedroom was directly toward the seven bulls- amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We rented 2 VERY spacious rooms for our family of 4 in this house. Each room could have accommodated 3 people, as each has a double plus a single. The 2 bathrooms are shared by all guests. I believe there were 2 other rooms with guests that night. The beds are comfortable, the shared bathrooms are clean, and the services are good. Excellent breakfast. We used the laundry services. We gave them the dirty clothes in the late afternoon and got them back completely dried by next morning. The house is only a couple hundreds meters away from the meadow at the foothill of the Seven Bulls Rocks. The location could not have been more convenient. The manager is a very young man that proved himself helpful and valuable. Great value property.
Nothing really- not ideal if you need a private bathroom only for yourself- but having said that, we didn't notice the other guests much and didn't have to wait, get in line to use the bathroom at any point of time.

Clean room, nice location with a great view out the window.
Dinner and breakfast were quite meager. Considering they were 500 per person I thought the meals should have been more substantial. Dinner was literally soup and bread. Also breakfast was a half hour later than the time we wanted. We came down at 7 (the appointed time) only to see an empty dining room and the owner doing yoga outside.
The location is far from the mini-bus drop-off point, so the owner told us her husband was in town and could give us a lift. Great, we thought—how nice! But during check out she charged us for that lift. It would have been great to know that it cost money at the time!
Also, you can hear people walking around outside from your room.
