Really nice, clean and they help you organise treks
Kinda got scammed on the laundry, its 500 per machine (of course they said our bag was 2 machines) and you have to hang it yourself… go in Town there is a washing machine cheaper

The staff and very friendly, helpful, and speak good English. They can help you organise hiking, and they even rent hiking poles. Breakfast is tasty and great. The private room is comfortable and nice.
If you want to use the sauna in the evening you need to give some notice (before 4pm) - I did not realise this. The bathroom could also be a bit cleaner.

Its very popular by trekkers and the family was very helpful with arranging Ala-kol trek. We really appreciated that and the fact that they answered any questions that we had
They also helped with logistics to start our trek
The most helpful was the fact that we could leave our rented car close to this hostel
Breakfast is not included in the price but you can get it for extra money
If you want a good coffee you also need to pay extra but in Kyrgyzstan the coffee is not so popular like in Europe
To city center is about 2.5km so a bit far but managable
