Really cleverly designed small space, comfortable furnishings and nice touches like good quality utensils in the kitchen. They had provided dog bowls which was kind. We unfortunately dropped a glass jar of dog treats when we were unpacking and the owner came over as soon as I rang with a dustpan and brush for us which again was very kind. It might seem like a small thing but it was nice that the bathroom had good lighting, a very efficient extractor and a mirror that my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot self could both see ourselves in.

It would be nice to have instructions for the TV, cooker and microwave, we had to work them out by trial and error but managed ok. A vacuum or mop would be useful for cleaning up after ourselves during our stay. My husband, being tall did struggle with the spiral staircase towards the top and had to come down backwards on the first few steps from the bedroom but that was only a minor issue.

Very colourful and homely

We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the entire apartment to ourselves. Cosy, clean, comfortable, modern, with a few homecomforts thrown in to set the stay apart. This place is so versatile, it was great for a secluded getaway for two but as a tradesman I would be only too happy to stay here or the main house working away. Top host, top location, have stayed before and wont stay anywhere else. For the money the place is unbelievable.

Honestly nothing. I really couldnt fault my stay if I tried.

Sadly the heating was sufficient so made it a cold stay
