This rental home is stocked for a wonderful vacation, all furnishings are new as of June 2023 including a fully remodeled backyard. Sun room, heated swim spa and lounging all come together for a relaxing experience. Located in the heart of town close to restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, fishing, beaches, golfing and much more. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, nicely furnished living and dining rooms boast a great experience for you and your family or friends. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with king bed and bathroom attached. 2 guest bedrooms (both with king beds) with seperate bathroom are located upstairs in addition to an adorable vainty space for overflow. Home is a short drive to Caswell and Oak Island beaches and golfing, approximately 7 miles away. Bed linens, blankets and bath/ kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own.

We stayed for an extended weekend. The house is very spacious and exactly as described! Extremely clean and well maintained. The backyard and swim spa were PERFECT. Super close to everything in Southport. Owner had excellent communication and was even helpful with us establishing dinner plans. Check in and check out a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked. I did notice no toiletries came provided in the bathrooms, but there were plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you are particular. The home was kid friendly for our toddler, as well. 10/10 would recommend!

The property is clean, decorated impeccably, and has a well-stocked kitchen.The tea and coffee were a very nice touch! The location is also ideal. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and then relax in the swim spa at the end of the day. Kim and Kelly are great hosts and we'd love to stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time on our anniversary vacation here. The house was great and had all the amenities you could ask for. Hot tub as awesome on those cool nights. Southport is a great little town and had so many restaurants, cafes, etc. I wish we had more time to try them all. Love this place. Would definitely recommend it for a little getaway!

We’ve been visiting the Southport/Oak Island area for years. This year, my kids wanted to stay in Southport to be near all of their favorite places. This home is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shopping spots, and the waterway, so the location was perfect! But more than that, the home itself was simply amazing. It was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed, and such a comforting place to be. We especially loved the pool spa and the outdoor porch area, where we spent a portion of each evening. This home is a quick drive to both Oak Island (we actually went to Caswell Beach each day) and the ferry to Fort Fisher, where you can tour the historical site, go to Carolina Beach (grab some Briitt’s Donuts!) and Wilmington. I would not hesitate to book this home again. It is truly what I would consider “a home away from home.” Thank you, Kelly and Kimberly, for your wonderful hospitality!

We had a great trip to Southport! First time visitors to this home! Owners were super accommodating with all the necessities to ensure we had a memorable vacation! The gorgeous back yard oasis with swim spa & screened in patio provided for lots of fun! Walking distance to all the delicious restaurants and shops! Just a short drive to the beautiful shore!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Southport. This home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has just about anything you'll need for your stay. We all enjoyed hanging out in the evenings in the swim spa after a day out. The beds were so comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything! The kids especially loved how large the upstairs beds/bedrooms are, they didn't want to leave. The owners are very attentive and easy to contact if you need them. We did a lot of shopping, sightseeing & eating out, so many choices so close by. Oak Island & Caswell beach are close and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!
