The space
We provide a cooler on wheels, 7 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas for your beach gear fun! You will love the comfort of this home. The home is on a corner lot, and was furnished with style, luxury and functionality in mind. The yard has green space to enjoy the yard with chairs, loungers, on both sides of the pool deck, and a screened in pool area, too. The space is large enough to spread out for privacy or enjoy your time together. Luxury ceiling fans with lighting. We provide all the basic essentials like oil, coffee, creamer, soaps, towels, and pool towels.

- 1 bedroom with shared hallway bathroom (king bed)

Max 4 cars for any reservation (2 in driveway, 2 on street).
There is futon bed in the second living room that is not advertised in the headcount, if you have someone in your group who prefers a separate sleeping area or you would like to make use of that space, it is available.

We stayed Friday to Sunday and when we arrived first impression was not good as the lawn was t least 8-10 inches long! I said something when we arrived and they then came to mow at 830 that night. Was listed as 4 king beds and one room off the kitchen is only a queen, others are king. Screen around pool was ripped and hanging. Found someone’s fake nails laying next to the pool, kitchen table was dirty when we arrived, there was a bathroom light hanging (broke). Master bath shower did not drain, microwave was broke, was told someone would be out to fix the next day and that never happened. The roof in the garage was leaking when it was raining. Tv Remote to one of the bedrooms was missing. Lots of things made the stay disappointing. For the money I spent to stay there for the weekend was overall not happy. Would not stay again. Some type of compensation would be nice.
