Staff at the check in desk was very friendly and informative. Our room was within easy walking distance of the Base Camp restaurant where we enjoyed a nice dinner. After dark they were showing a movie outside at the base of the ski hill.
The room was a little tired, but was clean and well furnished

Room was clean and very specious. It felt like a home away from home.
There were a number of activities that were closed on the weekdays because they transitioned over to their "Fall" schedule when it's still August. I booked this hotel because of all of the activities that are offered so this was quite disappointing. Also the staff seems confused on the schedule and gave conflicting info.

Close to activities.
Dingy and had an old feeling to it. Didn’t provide hair dryer, and only a small sample size shampoos etc. No maid service.
