Beautiful place high in hills, the standout for us was the lovely man who cleaned & cared for us Ketut . He is the one thing that made our stay exceptional. He is absolutely fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for him he helped us organise drivers, trips, food everything . We cannot thank him enough- for the owner manager of property I hope you realise what an asset you have in Ketut. He is what will make us return & what made our stay exceptional.
Entry for anyone extremely difficult. Gates open you have to walk up an extremely steep concrete hill to get in , no other way to get in. It’s dangerous- I have no mobility issues but coming down that concrete steep hill every time I left - I was worried I’d slip & fall . I had to go barefoot . My friend used walking stick - was very risky for her but she got used to it . I do not understand why the owner of property thinks it is ok - it’s not . Very dangerous entry . 2 bedrooms upstairs around 14 steps no issue for me but if steps an issue might be for you . The owner needs to tell people about the really poor accessibility- we nearly turned around & left because of it . No mention on website / booking .com. Apart from that rather major issue the villa is gorgeous & if you can climb the concrete mountain to get in ? Highly recommend

The view was outstanding, just gorgeous.
The host very very helpful and lovely man. He made us a great breakfast.
The villa lovely, amazing huge bathrooms and products.
The pool very nice and clean.
Extra duvet for my daughter on the sofa bed, there was no blanket for her. It was ok as she just slept in our bed in the end.
