The staff was friendly, and the facilities were beautiful overall.
The property is located in a quiet and pleasant area, but unfortunately it is very isolated. It is quite far from both Fethiye city centre and Ölüdeniz, which can be inconvenient if you plan to travel around the area regularly.
The Wi-Fi connection is a major downside. It is extremely poor, sometimes completely unusable, and the mobile network coverage is also very limited. Whether you have a Turkish or European SIM card, there is virtually no mobile reception at the property.
We booked a villa with a private pool, including breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast was exactly the same every day: one boiled egg or a one-egg omelette, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, olives, cheese, jam, butter and grapes. It would be much better to offer more variety, for example by changing some of the items from one day to another. The property does have a menu with additional breakfast options, but these come at an extra cost.
It is also worth mentioning that only one person prepares and serves breakfast. Since it is not a self-service buffet, we waited at least 20 minutes on average before being served. A more efficient organisation or faster service would be greatly appreciated.
The housekeeping situation was particularly disappointing. On the third day of our stay, we asked for our accommodation to be cleaned, as we assumed this would normally be done automatically, as is generally the case in hotels. We were then informed that housekeeping was available for an additional fee, but that it would be provided automatically for stays of at least three days.
We stayed in the villa for a total of six days, yet our accommodation was never cleaned even once during our entire stay. Despite several follow-ups with reception and repeated assurances that the cleaning would be done, nothing happened.
We eventually had to take the rubbish out ourselves and go to reception to collect clean towels.
Overall, the surroundings are peaceful and the villa with its private pool is pleasant.
