Very nice experience staying there it’s a safe and beautiful place.

It’s very easy to move to other areas to visit it is conveniently located to train station.

I if there were AC would’ve been perfect.

Great accomodation, expensive but worth it

Great location, great facilities

Door lock was a bit tricky, had a few issues with the bottom lock but just had to ensure lock hole was completely flush with ground to close successfully

The location was great He came and fixed the internet because it did not work upon arrival.

I did not like the following: Thr TV never worked. It took 3 days for the owner to deliver more hangars He was very unresponsive for 3 days. Then he asked several times to help with the technical problems. I had already said no. He asked again. I again said no but was worried that he would just come in while I wasn't there. I had to buy a wine opener. No pan large enough for cooking. I just felt uncomfortable there. I ran out of toilet paper, but didn't feel I could ask.

Excellent location for what I needed. Very clean, perfect host.

It is located in a hallway, so a bit noisy, blinds do not close totally and gives the feeling to be watched inside. People smoke outside and use the windows for ashtrays. Need to choose between privacy and light,

Très beau studio, très confortable, très bonne literie, décoré avec goût.

Il aurait été judicieux que la porte de la salle de bain s'ouvre dans l'autre sens vers la chambre.

A localização é muito boa, tem um mercado otimo na frente, ao lado uma padaria, próximo ao metrô e a Torre Eiffel.

Man muss die absolut perfekte Lage der Suite hervorheben! Zudem ist sie super sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Inhaber antwortete bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit.

Einziges aber nur einziges Manko ist eine fehlende Klimaanlage. Gerade wenn die Sommer sehr heiß in Paris sind dann ist es sehr sehr warm in der Wohnung und da sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet kann man nicht die Fenster über Nacht geöffnet lassen.

Das Frühstück haben wir selbst organisiert. Es gibt gleich um die Ecke eine gute Bäckerei.

Für 3 Personen ist das Appartement etwas eng. Die Aussicht in den Garten, ist eher auf das Trottoir und den gegenüberliegenden Laden. Das Wifi hat nicht funktioniert.
