Pedimos ar fazer check-in as 15h, e o senhor só apareceu as 15h35.
O apartamento é uma loja convertida em apartamento.
O chuveiro fica no piso -1, e casa de banho no piso 1.
As escadas são íngremes e nada aconselháveis a quem tiver problemas de mobilidade.

Appartement confortable (bon lit), propre et bien placé.
À noter que l’appartement est atypique et sur 3 niveaux.
Le ventilateur de la chambre devrait être changé, il est très bruyant et inutilisable. Il manquait quelques capsules Nespresso (au moins 2).
Aucune instruction et adresses utiles à disposition dans l’appartement.

The location is excellent, in the silent part of 16eme.
The description of the property doesn't reflect the reality The apartment has 3(!) levels with long and narrow spiral stairs in between. The bed and the toilet with a sink are on the top level, the shower is at the bottom. You have to be strong and have good balance to stay there. There was no way I could bring my suitcase from the main level to the bedroom because of the stairs and I had to carry things little by little between the floors. Also, though less important, there is no large mirror.
