We were welcomed very warmly at Upon Angels and had a lovely stay. The décor is very cool and the room was overall very comfortable. The hotel is also very well located in terms of public transport (Intendente metro station is a 3-minute walk away) and there are plenty of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity.
Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to use the swimming pool but hopefully we will next time!
We would definitely recommend!

Located a short (10minute) walk from the centre - not the most 'sexy' location but ok with plenty in the neighborhood.
The accommodation has focused on fashion over function. Its very nice, but the fashionable furniture has meant the room we were in was forced into an illogical layout. The lighting was dim and impractical, with a complete incoherence to how it functions - there was a panel of four light switches on the wall with symbols on each button which gave no clear indication as to what lights they actually controlled - there was an identical set of light switches on the same wall no more than one metre away but these controlled a different combination lighting options! Also, the time limits on lights is commendable for sustainability purposes, but that does mean that any light you leave on so you can see when you get up in the dark during the light go off - and this also applies tot he USB sockets so you cannot charge your phone overnight! Its very well decorated accommodation, but more focus should be given to practicalities rather than just trying to be cool.
