The hotel was reasonably comfortable, the location was pretty central.
No restaurant onsite.

Location and cleanliness
Rooms don’t get cleaned everyday. I specifically asked for our room to be cleaned but I came back at night to a mess. I also called the front desk to request for a clothing iron but I wasn’t allowed to speak to a person. The automated system let me know I needed to go to reception to get it myself. I went down to get it and was given such an old iron that doesn’t even give you the option of steam. I was told to bring it right back as there’s only one for the entire hotel and they do not have anyone to get it from my room. In addition, there was no one to check us out and we just dropped the card keys into a box. Overall the location is great, room size is good but customer service was bad. The hotel needs more human employees and not an automated service

There was no restaurant at the hotel. Only drinks were available. No motorcycles were allowed into underground parking lot.
