The location and breakfast were very good. The bedroom was comfortable, but I had to use two single beds instead of one double bed. They were also narrow, like for kids, not adults.
The staff's attention was lovely.
When I called the hotel from Berlin, my call was answered by an AI assistant called TOM. There was no way to convince this “guy” to transfer me to the front desk. He kept repeating that business hours started at 8:00 a.m. and offered to send me information instead.
I tried calling several times after 9:00 a.m., but the experience was still frustrating.
The parking system is ridiculous. You cannot stop in front of the hotel without risking a fine, and you cannot access the parking area unless you book first. The entrance to the curved parking area is also very narrow, creating a significant risk of scratching your car. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a large vehicle.
Judging by the damage to the wall and the post, as shown in the photos, this problem appears to have existed for years, yet the hotel does not seem to have taken any meaningful action to address it. Certainly, the manager does not care about it.
The hotel needs to seriously review both its customer service and parking arrangements.

Die Lage war sehr gut , der Tiefgaragenparkplatz sehr praktisch ( Fahrrad u.a ). Das Frühstück war okay .
Für mich war alles perfekt , denn bin meist unterwegs - Wanderungen , Stadtbesichtigungen , Fahrradtouren , Theater , Komödie uva .
