Stay would have been better if condo had been cleaner

The location was great didn't know they served breakfast

The living room and kitchen smelled like a wet dog, dressers in one of the bedrooms did look like it had been dusted in a while the bed I slept in wasn't very comfortable there was an old tooth brush and something else in the medicine cabinet in one of the bathrooms when we got there. Condo is really out dated. Glass coffee table in living room took up to much room and dangerous if someone had small children with them

Don’t use Vacasa and don’t book 901.

Location, pool, security staff were all great!

We had multiple issues with the unit. The main issue being that the Patio Doors did not work properly, which left my mother stuck on the balcony for almost an hour until we returned back to the unit 901. We checked in on 7/12, I reported the doors on 7/13, checked in on them on 7/15, 7/22 via text but I also called in a couple of times as well. Every time, same story, they have reported to the local team. Two ocean front balconies, and the doors aren’t operating properly enough for us to open. I never would have booked this unit had I known this issue. We had other issues as well…cleanliness, broken decor, broken ice maker, broken laundry room door that when I opened fell over on me amongst other little things. We did run out of hot water the 2nd night there, and they did send someone to check that the next day. But I reached back out that night to make them aware that the hot water had returned…but did they communicate that, no, still sent a technician who wouldn’t look at our doors because it wasn’t on his work order. Here is the thing, crap happens, I understand that….what I don’t understand is they didn’t even try to look at it, much less fix it. I reached out on our way home 7/22 and made another complaint that the matter wasn’t looked into and that I felt that a substantial refund was needed. Once again, there sorry, they are reporting and someone will get back with me. 7/22 was sent message to write a review, made aware of the issues we had and was awaiting a response. Responded they were sorry a refund of a $100 has been processed. I responded that was absolutely not acceptable. They valued those patio doors not working at the amount of $12.50 per day that we were there. Really, that is a joke and an insult.
