Our stay at this apartment in Monopoli was fantastic. It is a bit different from the photos as the host is making improvements including a renovated bathroom and new paint. It is a very spacious apartment that was great to stay at. It was so nice sitting on the balcony in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine and just being in Italy. It is a very short walk away from grocery stores, restaurants, cafe's and Monopoli's old town. And is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. A perfect base for exploring!
You are in an apartment building and we could hear the neighbors upstairs at times - kids running which wasn't that bad but the one person up there would wear heels/high heels late into the night (up to midnight). But overall the apartment was amazing and I would not hesitate to stay again.
