Andrei (the host) was exceptionally kind and welcoming! He even allowed us to check in a little earlier so we wouldn't have to walk around the city with our luggage, which we really appreciated! The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the entire apartment very quickly, making our stay very very comfortable!
The only downside was the noise. All the joinery (windows, balcony doors) are quite old, and even with them fully closed, outside noise could still be heard very clearly. We woke up several times during the night, it was even possible to hear conversations from the street, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, so if you're a light sleeper be sure to bring earplugs.
Another minor issue was the size of the water heater. There were 2 of us staying in the apartment, and we managed with the available hot water, but it was quite limited. I believe this could become a challenge if the apartment was occupied by its full capacity of 6 guests.
