Large tidy room in prime location, 500m from city center but quiet. No reception but well working check-in process via pin-code. Everything worked out well. Paid 122 Euros for 2 nights - great value for money.
Only cash payment - feels like middle ages ;-)

It’s a great place for the price. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s an apartment complex located in a residential area, and you’ll need to climb quite a few stairs to reach the building.
Although the building is older, it’s well maintained, and check-in was easy. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of downtown, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace.
My only complaint is that the Single Room with Garden View was much smaller than I expected. Since the room size isn’t listed on Booking, I found that a bit misleading. That said, once you adjust your expectations, the room itself is comfortable and offers good value overall.

location, room and staffs are nice
not everything written on Booking.com is accurate. We chose this property mainly because parking was listed as available. However, at check-in we were told that there is no parking. As a result, we had to spend about an hour every day looking for a parking spot. There is a paid parking nearby, but it is not convenient
