Location is beautiful. Personal is very kind and helpful.

Yildiz Hotel is located in the historic heart of Sarajevo! Everything is a short walk away and the rates for this property are some of the best in the city. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and while the property is technically a hotel, it feels a lot more like a guest house because of how comfortable and personal the place feels.
A minor inconvenience is that the property accepts cash payments only. This seems to be common in Bosnia, and the general Balkans region overall, though, but for any first time visitors, do make sure you bring enough Euros in cash to pay for your stay.

The location was perfect in the middle of everything and all attractions. The staff was super nice and friendly. They helped a lot in everything. The room is equipped with a kettle. Tea bag, coffee bag, towels. So good warm water and radiators
I was so disappointed of how unclean the room was. Like I can see that putting some efforts into really washing and cleaning can give a better room experience.
