The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The location in Arco da Calheta is peaceful and perfect for exploring the west side of the island. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very welcoming and check-in was smooth. Great value for money.

Très belle vue sur Arco de Calheta, très paisible et frais le matin. La chambre était vraiment grande avec plein de rangements, grande salle de bain (pas de gel douche/shampoing !), toutes les 2 avec une belle vue.
2 autres chambres étaient louées (et partagent une autre sdb) mais il y a plein d'espace dans la cuisine et salons + le propriétaire est très à cheval sur la propreté des espaces communs (petit dej pas inclus).
Il y a de la place dans la rue en face pour la voiture sans problème, ce tronçon lui est réservé.
Le logement est à 10-15 minutes de très belles plages à Madalena do Mar et Ponta do Sol et proche du PR6 par exemple.
Dommage pour le coq dès 5h du mat, il n'est pas juste à côté mais personnellement avec le sommeil léger j'ai dû dormir avec des boules quiès.
Le proprio est régulièrement de passage et aime discuter, il s'occupe de tout lui même, cela donne un peu plus un ressenti "chez l'habitant".

Ludgero introduced the rules in the beginning and it was obvious they are set to keep everyone happy and respect others. Although he says he likes animals more than people, he is also very kind to human beings :-)

Super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war überragend.
