I didn't know the office closed at 11pm as we booked the room around 10pm on hotels.com and still had a few hours on the road until we got there. This wouldn't have been a problem if we were given the after hours number the lady at the front desk informed me of..... The next day after sleeping in our car. I was also unaware of the $100 deposit for the room. The same lady on day 2 at the office told me she would accept only $50 for the deposit for our troubles. I said ok... But when we got back later in the day to check in.... Again.... The $50 deposit offer was not honored and we were refused our room. And then we were refused a refund even though we had never checked in and still had a night left on our stay. And this is just my issues with the administration. This isn't to mention the urban warfare conducted throughout the neighborhoods every evening. Gangs, gunfire, and all. This also doesn't include the prostitutes and crack heads swarming this building. Silver lining, I'm kind of glad that our reservation didn't work out because I'm sure we would have either been shot, got AIDS or tetanus from being stabbed by a discarded needle, and std from touching anything in our room, or an unwanted high from 2nd hand crack smoke.

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel the staff was obviously corrupt I had to pay three different $100 deposits it looked like a tweakers den someone tried breaking into my room while I was in there through the window twice and I had made two different reservations my brother was staying in one and they came into his room a day early kicked him out told him he stole the room even though I had a receipt saying that we paid for three days there was burnt holes in the beds the window didn't lock in staff was very unfriendly

Well my stay was faulty, from the first night... It started out being charged a deposit I wasnt told about, and then got registered into a room that seemed "well-enough." Then my wife pointed out some stained on linens. It doesnt end there--we stay the night and return our keycards to front desk for refund on remaining nights(29 days, for around $1700). Well, its been a month, and all I got back was the deposit. Also the location they gave bothered me too: Didnt remember it being in this part of Kent. I was searching for rooms in Federal Way anyways.

The room was obviously not cleaned after the last person there was hair all over the bed under the blankets there was female Purfume bottle under the bed a used toothpick in the shower no plate in the microwave and the bathroom light didn’t work but that might have been a benefit the shower is remarkably identical to a prison shower I used slippers in there to be safe this was my first stay here I can’t say about other rooms my room was forsure nasty and it was close to the office there no way they could miss these things

On 1/14/24 4 p.m., there was a broken pipe, but the hotel did not inform guests to take precautionary measures to protect guests’ property. Several hours later in the late evening, after I stepped on the water, my stuffs were in the water. On Monday, I must move to another room that was smaller with malfunctioned furnishings. My renting of a storage unit would start on Friday, which was 4 days away. Moving twice in a week made me exhausted. I could not complete moving until 2:40 a.m. Tuesday., primarily because I put a large bath towel and a bath mat to help stop the water and to minimize the damage. I must wring them every two hours or more often when they are fully wet. I also took time trying to wipe dry my stuff so that I did not need to move wet stuff into the new room. My Foot Massager was on the floor, and it got water. Now, when I use it, it stops from time to time. I found two roaches in my new room. This is bad because the roaches may get into my stuff. Another guest told me that her room also had a roach problem. The new room has no shower curtain for the bathtub. The bathtub was only 11 inches deep. It may not be deep enough for people to enjoy a bath, other than a sanitary issue. There were no Tub Drain Stopper or a Sink Plug. I needed to use my food container when I washed my face. Without a shower curtain, I must wipe the bathroom floor dry after a shower. The stove-top range did not work. The two plates could not be heated.

The room we got was very stuffy, we changed to another room which was very cold with no working AC, we had to look for another place for the night because we could not tolerate the cold.

The key to my room stopped working, no one was I. The office, no one answered the phone at the number provided, and I finally had to give up and rent a room at a different hotel at 1 am. Stay away from this place! It’s horrible.
