. Had to walk there as the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone to request the free shuttle. Area was poorly lit and access was through a parking lot. Checked in and was given my room. It had an inter-connecting door that wasn’t advertised. When I pulled back the sheets on the bed they were dirty, I don’t know what the stain was but it looked like blood. The receptionist very quickly changed me to a different room which was great. Only problem was it was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator and I had a broken leg. She told me there were no ground floor rooms left. Disappointed and not compensated. Shuttle in the morning easy to organise

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was large, clean and included 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave. The shuttle came when called within a few minutes. Unfortunately the shuttle stop was not easy to find with the directions in the airport, the train between terminals stopped at 10 - my husband then had to pay for a taxi and only got a busy signal when trying to reach the hotel. As the hotel was close to the light rail - we walked to it with our luggage to connect to Amtrak in the early AM.

Wonderful budget option, very friendly and helpful staff. They allowed me to change my reservation to 2 days later due to a cancelled flight. Airport shuttle 24 hours on demand was so convenient for an early flight. Also very close to the airport and some really interesting food options nearby. This place will be my first choice next time.

we got in the room, settled then opened the fridge to put our foods. unfortunately, there were plenty of leftover foods/drinks from previous occupants. very disgusting. called the frontdesk and sent a somebody to "supposedly" clean it up but she just took the leftover foods out, not cleaning done. the microwave has leftovers as well, the base has something dripping,. if not because we badly needed a place to stay for a night that is close to the airport, and we already placed our stuff inside the hotel and it's freezing cold, we would not choose this one. the pictures and description on their website is very deceiving.

I work once a week downtown and Skyway inn never disappoints. A hidden gem that is across the street from train station so I can avoid traffic. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly! I been staying here almost 6 months faithfully.

Property was fine, no breakfast like it says online when u purchase room but other than that it’s fine. Rooms decent, sheets weren’t stained or anything can’t really complain.

Great customer service. Tv control didn’t work, bat math has a huge hole , lots of hair in bathroom floor and I don’t think they vacuum the carpet.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Loved that the airport shuttle is 24/7 and runs every 20 minutes. The shuttle was also quick and convenient. The room was good enough for an overnight stay while waiting for our flight home.

This place is both a motel and parking for the nearby airport. It is absolutely packed. I guess I got lucky when I first arrived for check in around noon. Because when I left in the middle of the night for food and came back, there was none left. When I asked staff where are the parking spaces for tenants/guests for the motel rooms, she just shrugged “I don’t know”. Parking was so backed up, people parked in front of other cars with no way to leave. I even got a call in the middle of the night if I was one of them. I left for food and basically lost my room because of zero parking. Insane. Bedding was clean, but property is not well maintained. Lots of worn down furniture, paint, walls, etc.

The worst hotel room I've ever set foot in. Upon entry to the room I was hit with a gross smell, like vomit. The linen had several stains on it as well as cigarette burns and there were marks on the wall. The floor near the sink was sticky. There was a soda left in the fridge which shows cleaning staff did not clean it. The shower was moldy. I told the front desk about the state of the room and how we could not stay in it. They did not offer us another room nor did they offer to clean the room. When we attempted to get another refund through Expedia the person at the front desk lied and said we stayed over an hour and used things in the room requiring it to be re cleaned

The motel was outdated, and the neighbors were somewhat sketchy. However, there is a fridge and a microwave that function well. The shower had a nice pressure setting and hot water was available. That was a decent but pricey stay.

This was perfect for our overnight stay. Bed was really comfy, everything was clean, shower worked well, had a nice Mexican meal across the road on a Sunday night. Free airport shuttle was very welcome, just needed to realise this could be called by speed-dial number from airport shuttle area 3C.

This hotel is very old, not built to modern standards. i could hear footsteps in the room above me, and the tiles outside the door caused a lot of noise when rolling suitcases went by. I asked for a wake up call, it never came. There was old pizza in the fridge. The toilet seat was broken. The staff was nice.
