Great place, clean, breakfast good.

Great breakfast. Some midnight loud partying by guests across the hall. Coffee maker had leftover coffee. Other than that; very comfortable with great service. No signs of bugs:)

One night overnight stay to fly out the next morning. Nice comfortable beds and big breakfast. Limited parking and I was unaware there wouldn’t be weekly parking available.

We had a restful sleep as we had an early flight the next day. Continental breakfast was good. Took it to go

The only negative about the hotel is the location. It is close to SeaTac and it is not a safe area. Everything else was great!

An affordable and convenient place to stay between flights. Nothing spectacular but a comfortable room, decent breakfast, and helpful staff!

My husband, daughter and I stayed 4 nights (W-Sun). Wednesday night and Thursday we only had lukewarm water to take a shower with, we got out of the shower cold. Thursday evening we had better water temperature (average with the hot all the way up), but the fan didn't really work and steam from the shower set the fire alarm off in our room (we tried opening the windows but the airport noise is pretty loud with the windows open). The staff came in and reset the alarm but the same thing happened on Friday while I was in the shower in the room by myself. I had to get out of the shower and dress quickly to try to turn the alarm off before staff came to the door. The staff was apologetic and since neither the staff nor I could get the alarm to turn off, I had to pack our families luggage and move to another room on the lower floor. We were woke up on our last 2 days at 5:30-6:00am by the people above us walking around. if you stay here check the water temp when you first get into your room and I recommend requesting the top floor because of the creaky floors. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool. The breakfast area was clean, stocked and was average hotel breakfast

Customer Service is very important to me. Being helpful and kind seems a rarity. I found everyone to be so nice and kind. The other plus was the breakfast. I found some things to eat, I eat gluten free and it is usually hard to find anything. Suggestion, It would be easy to have a loaf of GF bread in your freezer upon request. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My only concern or negative comment (which is a big one when lodging) was the heating unit. It makes noise coming on/off. Difficult to fall asleep. It also had a clicking sound periodically. I mentioned it to the front desk so that it could be looked at. Sleep is important and they honored my request for a quiet part of the hotel. However, the rooms are old and the equipment in them is also....I would return except for the noise of the heating element. I would imagine it is the same in the summer months for air conditioning. The human element was excellent at this hotel. I appreciate that.

Thermostat on heater/air conditioner was not working properly and the room was too hot/stuffy. It seemed to be stuck at 68-70 no matter how much we attempted to lower it. Made for a bad night’s sleep. Otherwise, everything was good.

Our experience has been great. The front desk might clerk took extra special care of us and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He wasn’t aware that my mom was traveling with a walker and when he found out he said he would try to arrange for our shuttle to drop us off in the morning at airport departures instead of the main shuttle area. The shuttle driver was a gem as well. The room was clean, quiet and just what we hoped for.

The airport shuttle came very quickly, but it also stops at another motel. Readonable quick stop. Motel is clean but long way to elevator not for handicapped.

Front desk clerks awesome customer service, yet the rooms are small but all in all it worked out having hot breakfast and indoor pool was on point.

The hotel was great for the price, solid amenities and fantastic staff however, I got one of the rooms next to the major road and the sound from the road kept me up all night. I even used a White Noise app but still it seemed like the windows were paperthin, and the noise was just right in my room, if I had a different room, it probably would’ve been a much better experience. Truth be told I never complained about it and asked to change rooms I would guess they would’ve accommodated me.

The stay was fine. I was expecting the bar lounge to be open as the web site said it had one.. very disappointed that it no longer was in service.

I love that they had a shuttle pick up and drop off to the hotel. The hotel is close to the airport. I had to be at the airport early so they had coffee and some breakfast items at 4:30 AM. The front staff was very nice and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I had to catch the 4:30 AM shuttle because all the other timeslots were full so I arrived at the airport even earlier than I had to, also my room on the first floor looked outdated and very tired.

Property is older but well taken care of.

Room is old, carpet is old and dingy/worn out.

It was close to the link train and they offer shuttles to pick and drop you off so made it easy to make it downtown without a hassle.

Staff sacrificed an upgraded room for me because I arrived early--on a Saturday.

I forgot my cell phone charger in my room when I went back to get it the attendant told me he couldn’t access the housekeeping area during the evening and they would mail it to me and they haven’t. It’s the best phone charger I’ve had in my life and I want it back.

Outstanding hotel

Convenient to getting sleep for an overnight layover. Booked for the shuttle so a little disappointed that the shuttle time we needed was already booked, but the staff was very helpful. Overall, please with the stay
