It was just a short stay. I only needed one night and had to get up early to catch a flight. It was conveniently located close to airport.

Room smelled musty.Bed was too hard,pillows too flimsy. The towels were thin. Breakfast was ok,lots of options. Eggs not good...powdered. We traveled with family, they put our 3 room next to each other which was great. But upstairs neighbors could be heard at 5:30 in the am!

The elevator was out of order, very inconvenient. The kid at the desk offered to carry bags up but still, major inconvenience.

We have to change our room due to our bedsheets was dirty/stains. But besides that room, service and breakfast was good.

We stayed here on both ends of a trip to the Olympic Peninsula. The room met our needs and was well appointed with lots of outlets for charging all of our devices. Service was friendly. Breakfast was included and was pretty standard.

When we went here.. the reception executive informed us that the elevators weren’t working, however upon knowing that we had a 6 months baby,they gave us a room on floor 1 that’s the ground floor. The stay was nice, super warm staff, the pillows could be a bit more firmer but that’s just my opinion.. overall.. definitely a good recommendation! And will stay here again for sure.. my 6 year old and 6 month old had a lovely time in the swimming pool and in the room shower tub ! They splashed and had such a fun time..

The hotel and breakfast were good. However, the accessible room for my 95-year-old father wasn't what I would have expected.
I normally leave the bathroom light on to aid him when using the restroom at night. Unfortunately, I was unaware that it was motion detected. I found out the following morning. There was no indication of that in the bathroom wall.
So, I opened the windows curtains to allow lighting from parking lot to aid him. (unfortunately, no privacy for us)
Next, the walk-in shower didn't provide a pull down chair for him to shower. Again the following morning, I found out I had to call for a shower chair.
With the cost of the accessible room I'd expect more.
Otherwise, the staff were pleasant and apologetic.

Everything was good besides the breakfast. Food was cold, or tasted like it had been sitting out for hours even though first ones at the breakfast line

Decorated tastefully, everything feeling fresh and new. Staff very friendly. Room gorgeous. Housekeeping efficient. About 3 minutes from airport. I looked at the fancier hotels first but their ratings were disappointing. This one at the time was about 91% 5 star so I gave it a try. It was wonderful! Beautiful.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. The elevator was very shaky and a little scary to ride. The staff wasn’t not very friendly or helpful.

Had a great stay. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast choices were standard, would have liked some additional fruit choices...berries for yogurt, oatmeal, or waffles. Being from central time zone, was up early (4am) but coffee and hot water for tea were not hot prior to 6am breakfast. Desk staff was helpful, though.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delish. The pool was a little chilly for an indoor pool but didn’t stop the kids.

Loved how attentive the front desk staff were. Wonderful people. I’d say the only disappointment was the pillows and the shower. There was no power to the water so it just kind of dripped instead of poured. Otherwise a nice hotel and decent area, considering it’s SeaTac.

Great place to stay at with connection to SeaTac. Shuttle service and close distance. A little noisy morning from the planes. Good continental breakfast. It would have been an excellent with a better quality of pillows. They are pretty flat and am use to medium firm.
Overall, I will stay there again.

Nice room and facility. But we could not get the room to cool down at night which resulted in no sleep. Other than that , if that were remedied, I would definitely stay there again. Shuttle to airport at 430 am was right on time.

Our stay was pleasant, the room was clean. We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast but we heard it’s decent. Not much to do around the hotel. The customer service could have been a bit better.

Work travel overnight stay. Hotel staff very accommodating. Hotel shuttle to and from airport on time. Great breakfast. Very clean. Laundry facilities Speed Queen w/d clean and efficient. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Will stay again.

super friendly and nice staff cheap accommodation while also being extremely clean and up to date. bathrooms were extremely clean and food delivery was available when we got there at 1 am and thank god cause we were starving!!!!!
