Wasn't amazing, wasn't terrible. Parking lot was small, with small stalls. The room served it's purpose. Front desk was very nice and welcoming.

We have 3 young kids and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We had a great time here. The staff was very friendly. The kids loved the breakfast which is free. I was surprised by the quality and variety of the breakfast given this is a budge hotel. The breakfast has sausages, eggs, juices, yogurt, toast, and do it yourself pancake. The room was very spacious. We are family of 5 with 3 kids. The room has 2 queen bed and a sofa bed. It also has a microwave and a freezer and mini fridge. It was very handy as we bought food from the grocery store to save us some money on food. So we cook make some simple meal. Overall, really good stay for budget friendly family.

Quite an awkward hotel. Narrow lane for parking and most of the spots directly in front of hotel are for neighboring property and not for Surestay. With severely insufficient parking they reportedly had a backlot but it was full with long term parking. Front desk worker ended up moving her car so we could park two cars length-wise in an old valet spot. Elevator was not working and we were offered a refund if we were interested in changing hotels, not really what you want to hear when their only rooms available are on the top floors but changing hotels would have been quite inconvenient. Rooms were very nice!

Buliding was nicley gaurded specially for the vehicles. Everything look, except when we went into the room. It smelled like cigarette, beds were good, restroom was meh, and the sofa bed was not the best.

We just needed a room to sleep in.parking was a challenge because half the parking was leased to Comfort Inn. We had to walk some distance to park 2 nights.

We had major issues at check-in as we did not know where to park our extended van and trailer. The front desk. Person did not handle the situation in a courteous, friendly manner, which I would say, should be a standard in any service business.

It was a good sized suite for a family of 4, though not as spacious as their photos portray. Cleanliness was good, and it was a quiet stay. The only drawback is that the sofa bed was not exactly comfortable. All one could feel were the springs under your back. Complimentary continental breakfast included. The best thing is the courtesy shuttle between the hotel and Seatac airport. We drove down from Canada to send off our daughter and we took the shuttle to airport and back to the hotel before we checked out. No need to drive and spend money on parking at the airport!

Our stay was for one night and it was a great stay. Clean, spacious, and convenient location. The only downside was airplanes taking off thru the night and two TVs but only one remote. Was offered to be moved to another room cause no extra remotes but was already settled in so just made due with what we got. Other than that, the important stuff was great!

The parking spaces are very limited, the cars are parked very close together and run the risk of being hit by another car and if you arrive very late at night you may not get available.

There was poop on the wall in the bathroom. Sink did not drain. Debris on the ground, bathtub dirty. Never stay here.

Found tissues under bed and hallways smelled. Staff was pleasant and shuttle ran at all hours to airport, but only 2 times an hour.

The entire place was dirty. We understood it was a cheap place for before and after our flights, but the first night the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned. The couch pullout bed was like there was no matress on it. The springs stuck in your back all night. Parking is terrible and the area is not the best. We should have booked a different place for the way back but we didn't want to hassle with it.

The lobby is bare bones, extended parking is available at a price and seems slightly less than some areas around it. Missed breakfast as we left too early in the morning to catch a flight. Evening staff was fantastic and very helpful with dining suggestions and arranging long term parking.

Beds were very comfortable. Only drawbacks were low water pressure and the elevator needs work. It would stop at every floor whether it had been called or not and would get stuck on the second floor dinging constantly for hours on end thru the night.

Customer service and everything pretty good. Morning person pleasent the night person was great during check in but we had a parking spot before we took the kids to get dinner, but it seemed like a huge bother for us to be using the secured parking.

Airport transportation was super convenient and nice to have, but the hotel itself was old and nothing special. We had to leave before the complimentary breakfast and asked if we could get a to-go grab bag or anything but that was not offered.

It’s a ran down hotel, it looked clean but I was hesitant to touch anything since there was an odor to the room, the driver of the shuttle left me standing the first time around, he seemed very new at his job, poorly trained and did not speak English. I was exhausted from a long trip and had a 6 hour lay over and all I wanted was a shower and seat for a few minutes, the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom. Will never recommend to anyone.

Free shuttle to airport is helpful. Staff in afternoon was friendly. Man in the morning was not as friendly. It’s was 330 am, so maybe that had to do with it.
