The hotel was convenient with an airport shuttle which was frequent and very appreciated. My only issue was that there were no spare blankets in the room and I was cold. When I called front desk I was told that there was no one who could bring get it for me because she was alone at the desk. This was around 11pm. I would think this issue would come up often so I was surprised that my issue could not be resolved.

Had a ruff night that left us stranded upon arrival. They let us check at 8 in the morning & we were invited to have breakfast.

I travel a lot and often I find myself wondering why hotel designers make such weird choices these days.. a room will look nice, but then the function is awful. So it was with great relief to discover one of the “good” hotels still out there. It does look nice, modern, and is clean. But it functions even better than it looks! Furniture was perfect and the bathroom worked as well as you might expect at home - the shower was non-eventful, fan was quiet, and bright lights only if you want them.

The property was great for an overnight stay in between flights.
Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. Rylie working the front counter was less than helpful on more than one occasion during our stay and even had trouble issuing a room key.
The airport shuttle driver was a lovely helper though!

We found the area not desirable but okay. The room seemed clean but the smell was kind of like mothballs. The oven was not working to had less breakfast options than usual. The staff was excellent!

Family of 4…spent a night and was happy. Clean modern property. Some sort of kitchen issue while we stayed resulted in no bacon! But oh well…probably didn’t need bacon anyway.
Staff allowed us a late checkout which really helped. Room seemed larger then typical…beds comfy, nice place!

Hotel was clean, front desk staff was friendly and polite. Only downfall was no hot breakfast do to ovens being broken. Had to go elsewhere for hot breakfast.

This hotel provided exactly what I needed in a 1-night hotel stay. It was super quiet. I did not hear any of the other people in the building. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the front desk clerk gave me a room that fit my requests perfectly. The breakfast selection was a bit sparse due to the warming oven not working, but malfunctioning equipment can happen at any hotel and is nobody's fault.

This was just a one night stay prior to a cruise but Rhylie made all the difference for me. She was extremely friendly and helpful and anticipated my needs. She is a keeper!

I was near the hotel but had no clue of my location. I called the hotel to see if they could send the shuttle to pick me up. When they asked my location I said... I'm next to a subway and a steakhouse restaurant, she knew exactly my location and a shuttle was send for me.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were not able to check in until about 45 minutes after the standard check-in time, and the room get dirty. The couch in the King Suit was heavily stained and the bathroom had hair all over it. The bed was seemingly clean and was comfortable.
