Awful experience. Refund wanted!!!

Anthony, the front desk clerk, was about the best part of this entire stay. Give him a raise!!!!

This place is disgusting and filthy. Stains on the sheets, the rooms are not cleaned cause my socks were black from walking around, key cards didn't work so we got changed to 3 different rooms, no coffee in the lobby eventho there's a sign that says this IN the lobby, and lastly the website clearly states that a $100 deposit is to be given in CASH and returned at check out in cash but the other front desk clerk was arguing with Anthony about it in front of mutilple guests that were all waiting to get their deposits back. She tried to argue with him saying that they don't give cash or take cash so I had to pull up my Booking.com app and show her that she was WRONG and she still argued about it. She was tacky and super unprofessional. Needless to sat, I will NEVER stay here again and would like a refund please.

I would have rather slept in my vehicle than stayed there.

The room wasn’t clean when we checked in, smelled so terrible all around, random people would keep knocking on the door, staff was unfriendly and would close early, they also changed my booking day without asking.

this property has roaches, rooms are not clean. manager is very rude and snobby. I wouldn’t recommend anyone and their family to stay here. Yes it cheap but you literally pay for a dirty room.

Cockroaches in rooms!!!

The first time I stayed there the room was so dirty I spent $50 on cleaning supplies to make it acceptable. There was a litter box full of cat poop left under the sink, car hair every where and cat poop on floor. I told front desk and they said they had no other rooms to put us in I also found cockroaches in the room. This place is dirty and gross Not sanitary at all

Do not stay here. You would be better off staying in your car or a homeless camp.

Every part of it was dirty. There was 1 set of towels for a family of three. We were supposed to receive a refund due to us leaving as the condition were unbelievable bad and that has not happened yet. The property was in a horrible neighborhood with parking that was completely unsafe. Etc. ....

The place was overall horrible! The room smelled horrible and wasn’t cleaned! No housekeeping at all. They told us we had to wash the towels ourselves! We had to switch rooms the first day of check in because the room wasn’t cleaned. The staff was really rude to us! Would not recommend to anyone! And I had a man walk into my room while I was naked and tell me the room was unaccompanied! He didn’t close the door right away, just stood there trying to hold a conversation!

Mesha at the front desk was awesome and so was James the manager. They only have one housekeeper who works her butt off so don't expect it to be clean. Bring your own cleaning supplies for a better stay Girl in morning front desk was horrible rude

Front desk person in morning was rude and was yelling at me so loud my boyfriend heard her through the phone

As long as you mind your business your stay is peaceful.

It's mostly peaceful and easy check in and check out staff was friends. No hassle or difficult procedures.

Locking doors towards the stairways and being more strick on entrance like the Puyallup Hometowne studios

Our room was absolutely dirty. I have never seen anything like that. So my rating for the cleanliness: very, very bad. Plus there is trash in the staircase. Why doesn't anyone clean that up? What a messy place.

I had requested a non smoking The room that I stayed in the room smelt like pets and cigarettes smoke. The blanket was full of burnt holes The floor was wet from the leaking sink. The worst place I have ever stayed in. I have sever pet allergies so I left in the middle of the night due to my asthma and allergies.
