Exceptionally clean & centrally located.
Cool outside balcony, seating area.
Fridge was a bonus 👍
The lighting was quite intense, either all or nothing, which made it feel quite clinical (like a dentist waiting area).
Dimmer switch would be ideal.

Saubere Unterkunft und schönes Zimmer und Bad. Kaffeemaschine war auch einfach zu bedienen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas kompliziert, weil das Ausfüllen des Fomrmulars nicht funktioniert hat.
Die Matrazze vom Bett war nicht so bequem.

ubicación perfecta , la mejor de olbia, paseo por el puerto al lado las Dos mejores calles turísticas a 100 metros . tranquilidad y en la zona de turismo al mismo tiempo
