Nice apartment, shame about the travel operator running it.

well located with a largely shaded balcony & sea view.

Picking up the keys . Check-in time was 17.00 in Tossa which was 7.4km from the resort. I phoned the rep & managed to persuade him to come to the office which he did at 16.20 but even so, who wants a 16.20 earliest check-in time ?

Las vistas que tiene.

El personal que lo gestiona y la falta de claridad en todo lo relacionado con el alojamiento, ubicación, etc. Se le pidió hoja de reclamaciones y nos amenazó con envíanos a un hotel. Durante los 5 días que estuvimos no tuvimos acceso al parking, y al entrar y salir del complejo teníamos que esperar a los vigilantes o a que entrara o saliera algún vehículo…represalias por haber solicitado la hoja de reclamaciones. La limpieza. En la terraza había un hornero con pájaros y los excrementos eran de varios días. Había bastantes cosas rotas o en mal estado (frontal extractor cocina, la manilla de la puerta de entrada,…). No había ni un mantel para la mesa, ni mechero para la cocina de gas, etc En relación calidad-precio, creo que la atención tendría que ser mucho más buena. Y añadir que el check-in ya es a las 17 h, solicitamos que nos dieran las llaves antes, ya que estás pagando ya ese día y no lo puedes aprovechar, y no recibimos contestación hasta el mismo día que nos dijeron que hasta las 17 horas no podría ser… y el señor llegó a las 17:30h.
