I loved the warm welcome by Charlotte! We stayed in room ‘Bloem’ on the second floor. The charming room has warm colors, lovely art works on the wall and a great bathroom. The coffee and tea facilities were also great. Also liked the folder with great neighborhood tips. The café downstairs serves great coffee and breakfast.
For me personally the bed was a little on the hard side, but I am used to a very soft bed at home. And minor detail: the coffee/tea was in the hallway, which meant i had to put some clothes on before being able to get coffee in the morning ;-)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is freat and easy to get to. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. With a cute cafe that we waited in till our room was ready. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no air conditioning if you will stay during a heatwave as we did. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Our train was delayed and we did not arrive in Brussels until almost midnight but it was still very easy to check in, the team being very understanding, friendly and helpful. The rooms and en suites were very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Next day, the cafe downstairs provided a delicious breakfast in a very relaxed atmosphere.
The stairs were quite steep for the amount of luggage we had.
