Definitely the front desk staff.
Julie and Paul, aka Trang and Hoang are lovely young people, very welcoming. I always ask hotel staff for advice on food, shopping etc. These two were always willing to help, with a smile. Room was great, nice terrace too.

Location was great
The more expensive room had no space at all; I paid for two rooms - one suppose to be much better, as it was also more expensive - but the inexpensive room had much more space.

In the toilet no water spray tapes. Ironer & iron board u have to request not available in the room.
