Breakfast menu changes daily with some staples like pancakes, mini pizzas, French toast, fruit, Asian rice/noodles provided daily. Vietnamese desserts available. Noodles (Pho) or eggs can be ordered with the staff. Mr Thanh was exceptional in his service - speaks perfect English, keeps a cordial distance when speaking to guests without being intrusive.

Location is in a quiet alley, not much traffic.
The family room we stayed in was sound insulated with double glazed glass windows and door.
Excellent staff who gave an introduction of Hanoi with a map, refreshments provided when checking in.
Ms Xenia was fast in communication via the app and in person was lovely to speak to (as with all of the staff)
One staff noticed my husband had a minor health issue and told us where to get medicine.
Best to pay in cash to avoid paying the 3% credit card surcharge imposed by the authorities.

Rooftop Bar was nice with a deejay, we found some nice Vietnamese songs thanks to the deejay!
We tried 2 types of Family Rooms in the hotel.
Beds were just nice for us, family slept well.
Daikin aircon (Japanese brand which is well known in my home country) worked well in both rooms
Bathroom water pressure was good in both rooms in different floors, there was ample hot water.
We could ask for more water bottles when we ran out of water
Staff helped us with luggage to our departing vehicle - the roads are closed sometimes due to environmental laws to cut down on carbon emissions.
Hotel is near Mixue ice-cream/Bubble tea and Note Coffee + walkable to the lake and night market during weekends.
