The room, bed, pillows, quilt, was really comfortable and good quality I would even describe it as luxury, the bathroom very clean, elegant with a nice clear glass between the bed and the shower (with blinders if you want privacy) in general well designed and maintained hotel.

Henry Anderson has very good rest ant recommendations and is alays willing to help, at 8 am or 8 pm (I don't know if he sleeps)

The Spa was my Favorite part Nhi is the person that worked with me and was very professional and provide an excellent massage and skincare routine.
The hotel is not near the lake but still well located you can easily walk anywhere in less than 10 min

Fantastic staff, great breakfast and room was very clean
5% fee if you use credit / debit card!!! Unless you pay cash. Very small for a family of four.No bedside lamps!!! No view. Not much. So the price of $220 per night is absolutely too high for what you get.
