It was spacious with everything you need . The kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee and sugar with milk in the fridge . Even chocolates were left for us . Good size bedroom with large bathrooms . The views from the apartment are fantastic. We used a local taxi service to get into Matlock , the number was in the handbook in the apartment and they were fabulous as the apartment is a five minute drive and the illuminations were on so no parking . We would definitely stay again perhaps on the lower ground .

Only criticism was we were in swallow view and there are alot of steps to get to the apartment not great when carrying luggage .

Great accommodations, comfy beds, plenty of seating in the living room, good kitchen.

The flat is reached by forty one fairly steep steps from the car park. They are divided into five flights so you do get a break but it might be too much for a very elderly or infirm person. Not a big problem but it’s best to be aware before you book.

Nothing- there are stairs to apartment and it is at the top of a steep hill, we were happy to walk it but not suitable if mobility issues
