A group member forgot her small bag in the taxi, very late in the night, the staff stayed with us during the night, to help us. She called the taxi company, made a police report and helped us until the taxi came back and returned the bag. that is not just service it is much more than that.
Dogs yelling during the night, and that is the case everywhere!

The location, also the front desk lady was pretty nice.
The heating wasn’t working properly. It was cold.

It was close to the city centre and beds were comfortable, room was pretty clean, small but well organized.
The room was small which was okay, and we knew that before arriving. The thing that missed was cleaning, we stayed for two days and had no cleaning on a second day, they didn't change towels either.
