First, the staff, they are so friendly they gave me this sense of language is not a barrier even when they don't really understand English, they are just always ready to attend to me.
Nothing really, the facility has everything to make anyone enjoy their stay.

For a short stay or connecting stay I prefer this hotel. Location was most convenient for getting to the center, bus station and to any location.
I have seen bugs in the my capsule.highly prefer to check the condition of the capsule and do proper cleaning

Budget hostel with aircon room , average bathroom facilities etc , clean good sized capsules
Unfortunately when I went to check in I asked if a bottom bunk was available as I’m a bit older I struggle to get out 😬, but the lady said no available, not do , so I accepted the fact they were fully booked . Well fir the 2 nights I stayed no one was in the bunk below me and the whole hostel was far from fully booked , just to lazy , I would have made the bunk up to sleep in . She wasn’t helpful at all , just grumbled.
But the man who was there later the next day was super friendly .
Also people sit constantly on the entrance steps smoking , sorry it’s a pet hate of mine .
