El apartamento está ubicado en zona tranquila, en las afueras. Se llega andando al mar bajando una cuesta durante 15min. El anfitrión es atento, tuvimos un problema eléctrico durante la estancia y puso todo su empeño para solucionarlo rápido. El apartamento es grande, dos habitaciones, una de ellas con aire acondicionado y ambas con ventilador de techo. Tiene una tv normal con smart tv.
El complejo de apartamentos tiene instalaciones comunes: bar y piscina amplia.
La terraza tiene cierre acristalado, puede que en ocasiones de mucho viento/calima esté bien, pero a nosotros nos pareció un incordio, hacía mucho calor en la casa (terraza acristalada), mientras que en la calle había temperatura más agradable y brisa, pero no se disfrutaba al 100% porque solo 2 cristales de 10 estaban abiertos. Es un sexto piso, hay ascensores pero no están bien ubicados.
En verano la piscina suele estar llena, como en todos los sitios, muchas personas incívicas molestan el baño.

The apartment was spacious with a number of seating areas which made it very comfortable. The host provided a lovely welcome basket, but also provided provisions such as toiletries that you might need. Host was very nice and helpful.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is extremely comfortable, very light,clean, and decorated in such a tasteful and pleasant way. You can really feel that everything was prepared with care and love.
The warm welcome with champagne from host Dmitrij was a lovely surprise and made us feel immediately at home. Small details like that truly make a difference.
Tenerife is simply unforgettable — a place you fall in love with and want to revisit again and again. This apartment was the perfect base to enjoy it all.
Even though the complex is located a bit away from the beach, we actually really enjoyed the daily walk. It was a pleasure to stroll in the fresh air, and it turned into a nice little workout and a healthy part of our routine:)For us, it was definitely more of a benefit than a drawback:))
We would confidently recommend it to future guests and would gladly return on our next trip:)

Dimitri was a great host, fab welcome basket on arrival which was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Able to check in earlier was a bonus. Apartment had everything we needed, very clean and location was excellent. Walking distance to supermarket and bars/restaurants and beach about 15 mins walk. Pool area also great, not overly busy or rushing for a bed(payable to reception extra €2 per bed). The pool bar food was good too and did takeaway when you didn't feel like cooking. Overall excellent place!
