I enjoyed the location and its convenience to hop in the train. The room was very clean, and they have all the things you need for the one week stay. Enjoyed the facilities even though the wifi was nit working well.
Getting to switch on the wifi which needs extra technical support.

The location was perfect for my requirements and the bed was so comfy.
After I made the booking I was sent a link and told I had to fill out registration details before I would be able to check in, I was fine with this. But then they said I would have to pay an additional $22 to be able to check in. No-where in the booking.com listing states that additional fees will be charged in addition to the room rate.
The key was quite a distance from the entrance on the other side of a busy road, it was pouring with rain when I arrived, I had luggage and a 2 year old, so it was pretty inconvenient to go and retrieve the key and to put it back there at the end of my stay.
I asked the hosts if I could have an early check in and if they had a baby cot, they said they 'would get back to me' about both requests, but they didn't for either.
There was glass between the living area and the bedroom, so when my child went to bed, it was very bright in the bedroom - this won't be a problem if everyone goes to bed at the same time.
The whole place was very poorly cleaned. There was hair everywhere (including on top of the doona on the bed). A lot of the kitchen utensils/plates etc still had food stuck to them. Overall the place felt grimy.
The shower was horrible. The water was barely luke warm and the showerhead doesn't let much water out.
There's currently construction work going on in the building. The work started at 8am on our first day and 7.15am on our second day. Although there's nothing the host could do about this, it was very loud and woke up my child both days which was annoying.
