We genoten van de hartelijke ontvangst door Eduardo. 's Ochtends werd er ook een heerlijk ontbijt gepresenteerd met lokale producten : om vingers bij af te likken!

Het hotel heeft een parkeerplaats, maar die ligt op enkele minuten wandelen van de hotellocatie. Toen we toekwamen was het aan het regenen, dus dat was niet ideaal ... Wel konden we tijdelijk achteraan het hotel de wagen stationeren om de bagage uit te laden.

This is the worst accommodation and travel experience we have ever had. We booked 3 nights accommodation on Booking.com from 18th to 21st October 2023 paying in advance as required by the owner. We arrived at the premises around 8.30 pm, having phoned 40min ahead as agreed to let him know when we would arrive. There was no-one there to meet us when we arrived. Reception was closed, door locked. We phoned the owner again and waited 10 mins in the rain to be let in. When we enquired about the “nearby” parking we were told it was 7 mins walk away. When we got to there the access was blocked by road works which we weren’t warned about. We were told that we were not to be given a key to the main reception but had to access from the rear unmade up road, which was dark and at the time partially flooded. Upon entering the room we noticed a strong musty smell and damp and cracking to one of the walls. Upon pulling back the bedspread, the dark coloured sheet was soiled in several places. We called the owner to complain about the soiled sheets, the damp and about the car park and he turned extremely aggressive and abusive and told us to leave immediately. We said it was late and we had nowhere to go. Two people came to collect the key but left when we said we would leave in the morning if we received a refund. This was about 1.30 at night. The owner then turned on the alarm and called the police claiming that we were trespassers. The police left upon our showing our receipt for the 3 nights we had paid for. This was a very frightening experience for two pensioners late at night. Later the owner called to say if we left at 9 am the following morning he would issue a refund. He left the alarm on so we could not sleep. The next day we reported the matter to the police. They spoke to the owner who told them he had authorised Booking.com to make a refund. Booking.com say they have received no any such instructions and we are still waiting for the refund.

Superbe accueil, emplacement parfait, l’hôtel dispose d’un parking à quelques centaines de mètres de l’établissement ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pieds. Chambre propre, décoration soignée et literie confortable. Je recommande.

Possibilité de parking gratuit a proximité. Très flexible. Très bon accueil Avions réservé 3 chambres, bien aménagées Terrasse au RDC pour l'une des chambres

Salle de bain d'une des chambres du 1er un peu exigue De l'humidité au niveau de la chambre du RDC, un peu déçus de cette chambre-là

Location is ideal. Parking, well off site is free and available. Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Wifi worked well. Decor was nice.

The soaps in the shower were in large glass unlabeled containers kept on floor of shower. The shower enclosure was short allowing water water to escape to floor.

L'accueil , la gentillesse du personnel . L'emplacement de la maison d'hôtes . La présence d'un stationnement privé

La chambre en contrebas ( sous sol) et plutôt sombre , les joints de la douche de la salle de bain très sales . Le petit déjeuner a 15€ et très très basique ( 3 petits bouts de fromage coulants sous une cloche ) . La taxe de séjour a 5€ par personne payable en espèce uniquement .
