The hotel is in a gorgeous building with a lot of historic interest, and very close to the beach and the centre of town. The room could fit our family of 5 (at a squash) and there was an outdoor terrace which was nice
Not well maintained - one of the chairs on the terrace broke when we sat on it, and the lovely , historic wood carvings on the exterior are disintegrating. Some weird interior decoration - strange modern lampshades not in keeping with the historic building. No parking nearby and it’s difficult to access the hotel by car even to drop off luggage. Staff were polite but not particularly attentive.

The hotel was charming with a breakfast/dining room on the ground floor. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Since there was no elevator, it was a long climb to the third floor but the fact that it was quiet and had a great location made up for this inconvenience.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and atmospheric area, close to the cliffs and the sea. The building itself is historic and charming, which adds to the overall experience of staying in Étretat. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable.
The Wi-Fi did not work in the room, although it was advertised as available. This was inconvenient, especially for planning and communication. In addition, the staff did not speak English, despite it being stated that English-speaking staff would be available, which made communication difficult.
