Family room 93 inch n 9th floor, very spacious and lovely view and great layout. Individual hot tub was great. Good shower. Washing machines wash and dry clothes really well. Communal room with food and drink vending machines, free drinks and ice cream in reception.
Tv in strange place. Needs to be in main lounge and not the bedroom. Not enough hooks to hang wet towels. Not enough clothes storage to unpack bags for 5 people. The roof terrace is right above this particular room. Woken up at 7am one morning by someone playing music through the hotel provided Bluetooth speaker so loud that the bass was full audible in the room. Also cigarette butts found in balcony where guests on roof had obviously flicked them off. Minor points but worth considering if booking room 93.

It’s clean, spacious and its morning/evening bar offered plenty of drinks and snacks.
There is only hot bath in lady’s bath. I was told that there is cold dip and sauna in men’s bath.

View for Atami Fireworks. Clean. Free flow drinks and snacks, soft serve. Allocated parking, set up on roof top with fire places and seating, Bluetooth speaker.
Check in was a nightmare. Support came from a phone call but kept getting hung up on and when I said what the error code was coming up on my phone trying to upload my passport. No one actually answered the query until I got to the 6th person! Was ready to lose my mind. Im quite tech savvy but their link just kept failing. The girl working in kitchen helped as much as she could. The next few loads of people were getting the same error codes as us too and took over 30 mins trying to sort theirs.
No daily room service for about AUD 800 per night. Lounge all torn, hidden by cushions. Not even any new towels or toilet paper dropped off like 100 percent of all Japanese hotels who don't offer daily service. No outdoor furniture on huge balcony is disappointing.
