Perfect location with easy walk to restaurants and beaches. Fabulous clean pool area

Great location with views either down to the sea or back up the hills, great variety of birds flying around. Property was a short walk to a number of bars and restaurants based on the sea front of Katelios, all very nice in an unassuming way with a good choice. Nearby beach is nice but there are others a short drive away which are absolutely stunning.
The property (3 bedroom) itself is spotlessly clean, inside and the pool area. The infinity pool has great views and plentiful sunbeds. Property provides towels for use by the pool.
The kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms have adequate space with comfy beds. One out of the three showers was quite tight on space but perfectly useable. The lounge area has lots of space, a large smart TV which we didn't use and a lovely L shaped sofa. The balcony is spacious with two sets of tables and chairs, one in the sun, the other to the side in the shade.
Owner was absolutely charming and nothing too much trouble for him.

Struttura moderna e ben arredata, dotata di ogni confort, dalle attrezzature per la cucina a quanto necessario in camera, balcone e bagno. Presente una bellissima piscina a sfioro che correda elegantemente gli appartamenti.
Posizione utile per raggiungere le spiagge orientali e a sud-est.
