Nicely designed, renovated building in a great neighborhood, not far from the city center. Easy (self) check-in and check-out. Spacious enough for a family of 5.
Very hot, especially on the mezzanine, which required keeping the AC on during all night. The AC was extremely noisy. There was no space to leave the luggage, which required us to engineer a plan for the last day, since our flight was only at night. We used a service next to the Syntagma square, which worked very well - even better than having to go back to the hotel to collect the luggage. Just keep that in mind when planning.

The design is lovely.
No daily cleaning. This wasn't stated on Booking.com, while other sites list daily housekeeping and 24-hour reception.
Dirty doona with no cover.
No hot water Saturday to Monday, with no warning, no updates and no fix date.
No reception and no luggage storage.
Bare-minimum amenities.
